My Videos

My husband, Dan, put a lot of time and effort into making these videos so I wanted to give them a home other than on my youtube channel. =) I hated to think they would be forever lost in my twitter and facebook feeds. I may be biased, but I think he did a fantabulous job on them! I get goosebumps every time I watch them, remembering all the great memories I had.

South America

We embarked on this backpacking journey in February of 2008. I planned this trip around Rio de Janeiro's Carnaval. Duy was the main cameraman on this trip. He was the one who inspired me to purchase my own camera and he was the one who helped Dan discover his love for video editing because he'd made a deal, "I shoot, you edit." Haha.




South East Asia
Our South East Asia backpacking trip took place during November and December of 2009. This trip included a volunteering stint in Vietnam working with little orphans. And since our families are from Vietnam, we were able to visit Dan's side of the family and I had the opportunity to meet some of my family on my dad's side for the very first time, including my grandmother.




New York City
Living in New York City has got to be one of the best experiences of our lives (Dan and mine). We lived there for a year and a half and I can't even begin to explain how much we did. This slideshow that Dan made doesn't even do our time there justice, but it's nice to have something to watch when I start to miss New York. This slideshow actually makes me miss it more. Waaahhhh!
